Job Description:
A registered professional who provides coordinated care to patients of all age groups in their place of residence. Evaluates patients with physical, psychosocial, and/or cognitive impairments. Plans and implements patient care plan to promote and restore patient performance of activities of daily living and patient well being. Provides intervention to deficits and elicits reponses.

Reliable transportation
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Licensure:
Current Texas State license as a Occupational Therapist, curernt Texas Drivers License.
Experience:
Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation/clinical care setting. Home health preferred.
Skills:
Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. Hepatitis Profile. Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
Criminal History:
Must agree to and pass a criminal history check.
