NON-DESCRIMINATION Policy

In accordance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its implementing regulation, Allstar Healthcare, Inc. will directly or through contractual or other arrangements, admit and treat all persons without regards to race, color, and national origin in its provision of service and benefits including assignments or transfers within the facility and referrals to or from the facility. Staff privileges are granted without regard to race, color, and national origin.

In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitiation Act of 1973 and its implementing regulation, Allstar Healthcare, Inc. will not directly or through other arrangements, discriminate on the basis of handicap in adminssions, access treatment or employment.

In accordance with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and its implementing regulations, Allstar Healthcare, Inc. will not directly or through contractual or other arrangements discriminate on the basis of age in the provision of service unless age is a factor neccessary to the normal operation or achievement of any statutory objective.
